Your career with us begins on 1st September with an exciting introduction and getting-to-know each other phase. Here, you will get a first glance at what All for One Group is all about and have the opportunity to network. You get to know other apprentices, dual course students, future colleagues as well as your supervisor, who will accompany you the entire time. Furthermore, you will receive a laptop that you can use for university, vocational school, the practice phases at our sites as well as private purposes.

After the warm-up you get right into the thick of it as part of a team. To make your jump into cold water a success, we provide you with an individual training plan depending on your course of studies/vocational training. It sets forth when you stay with each department and what you are supposed to learn there. Numerous supportive colleagues help you with getting familiar with their respective departments and you continuously expand your expertise during your training.

We grant you lots of personal and professional freedom.

Among other things, this means that we develop your training plan together with you. We also consider your wishes regarding the department you want to work in, if possible. Depending on which department you will work for eventually, you will work with different specialist teams.

EXAMPLE CON­SUL­TING:

In this field, you mostly work with SAP Consulting, but you will also visit other departments such as SAP Development, Support, and Sales. With this, you will be trained to not be a one-track specialist but rather get to know the entire process from the initial offer to the implementation of the project.

EXAMPLE MA­NA­GED SER­VICES:

Managed Services is mainly about data center services. You will work with the Network and Infrastructure departments and deal intensively with Cloud-based services in the SAP and Microsoft environments.

Step by step you will get to know the connections and structures between our various departments. As your experience increases, you will be assigned interesting projects with higher levels of responsibility. In addition to your professional skills, we will also develop your soft skills as you progress.

There will be regular feedback interviews with your supervisor and the various departments. By the way: Feedback is no one-way-street. We value your opinion and encourage you to present your own ideas and actively participate in our business processes – this includes team- and department meetings.

Fun definitely has its place at All for One Group: With rafting or canyoning events we will ensure adrenaline rushes of a special kind. You will get to plan your own events and parties together with other apprentices and students – both for your grade as well as our newbies.

One piece of advice from us: Prepare your application documents carefully. A complete application includes your covering letter, your curriculum vitae, as well as copies of your last two school reports.
