MENTORING PROGRAM

In 2019 we started our specific mentoring program for dual curriculum students in the MINT area – and now we want to expand this program to include graduates and young professionals. With this, we aim to bring even more diversity into our IT world!

Our goal is to make your entry into day-to-day business as easy and smooth as possible and provide you with a mentor for your personal development – if you want to, of course.

Your background, your health situation or your personal views are not just a jacket you put on the hanger in front of the office door. All these things are part of you and contribute to your unique character traits that make you who you are. We strive to promote this individuality and provide you with a mentor who helps you find your footing in your professional and the IT world. At the same time, we can learn from your experiences and perspective and thus broaden our horizon.

The goal of our mentoring program is to give you opportunities to contribute – this program is not about the targeted promotion of exceptional talents, but rather wants to make everyone feel welcome at All for One Group. Here, it is very important that your voice is being heard and we provide you with a platform for discussions. Together with your mentor, we will see to you finding your footing in a quick and sustainable way.
