YOUR ONBOARDING FOR A PERFECT START WITH US

We support your onboarding process with a cross-departmental group starter training, by providing an individual and partly digital onboarding journey, a specific initial training plan, and by assigning a mentor to you.

It is important for us that you get to know All for One Group better and start building a group-wide network right from the start. And we are convinced that a well-established network will help you to successfully finalize your projects and reach your goals.

After the first 100 days you talk to your team lead about the state of your bonding process, your impressions, expectations, and potential future tasks.

Thus, we regard pointing out potential for improvement in the scope of regular personnel development- and target interviews as beneficial for everyone. In our quickly changing environment it is crucial to constantly acquire new hard- and soft skills. For this purpose, we offer you a comprehensive selection of trainings, learning formats, as well as a dedicated learning platform.

From the very beginning of your career with us, we provide you with a large variety of professional- and personal trainings: Workshops for team building- or Design Thinking, leadership trainings and specialized trainings that last several days, practical training courses over several weeks, and individual coaching – everything is possible. Agile- and social learning with us is competence-oriented, dynamic, and mostly collaborative.

We have established a comprehensive training offering for our employees that we expand continuously. We have integrated online learning courses by external providers such as Go Fluent (English/German courses), Pink University (soft skills and methodical skills), LinkedIn Learning, the SAP Learning Hub, and others in our ONE Academy learning platform and integrated their different learning paths as well.
