Process Consulting
You critically and thoroughly analyze existing processes and develop strategies for business process optimization in duet with the customer. You prepare process maps, methodically approach core problems and support the customer in independently developing the right solutions for new process flows. Your projects are the "speed boats" within our group: short, fast, agile and steered by a small crew.

As an integration manager, you have the process overview from an end-to-end perspective. You are often faced with the challenge of breaking down old structures in companies in order to achieve improvements in the process. Customers expect an answer to the question "How are others doing it?".

Bluefiled, Brownfield or Greenfield? In suitable workshops, you determine what makes sense. Your roadmaps provide the basis, for example, for concrete implementation plans in the direction of S/4HANA and for the specialist workshops of the implementation consultants.

SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Regular Customer Consulting
More effective, more collaborative, more agile: S/4HANA remains one of the most important and exciting future topics in implementation consulting. From basic installation to data migration to system upgrade, you'll translate process requirements into a customized customer solution within the SAP environment. You don't just make sure the system is up and running. In follow-up projects, you conduct intensive training and accompany the customer every step of the way until the new suit fits. In regular customer support, you often get down to the nitty-gritty. There, you'll be module-specific on the road, making sure the S4/HANA conversion is implemented.

Consulting or Development? Why not both?
We value colleagues who are comfortable with coding and with the customer. A mix of development and consulting is therefore just as conceivable as full time consulting or full time development.

At home with the customer
For our consultants, the music plays at home with the client. Nevertheless, many things are possible at the All for One Group with regard to travel. The range extends from very little travel in Application Service to a high willingness to travel in new customer business. In addition, there is generally the option of working from a home office in many cases.
