Sales Marketing / Telephone Sales
We call our front line in new customer sales "Leadfactory". Here, you will use your communication skills to generate new, qualified leads via direct approach on the phone and establish contact with executives and IT managers. You will gather all the important information and requirements for the initial meeting with our colleagues from specialist sales. You will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining the relationships we have built up by sending target group-oriented product information and invitations to events for interested parties.

Specialist sales
In specialist sales, you are the contact person for our customers and also for our colleagues from area sales. You sell and present our portfolio of corresponding digitization solutions and services. For example, you will work as a sales manager in new customer sales or as a customer success manager in regular customer sales.
In your own sales territory, you acquire new customers from medium-sized businesses. You control and design the entire presales and sales process for winning IT projects consisting of All for One Group, SAP solutions and services. You independently organize the course and content of workshops on the possible applications and added value of the solutions. In addition, you will prepare custom-fit offers and contracts.

Your task is to develop the appropriate go-to-market strategy. You will skilfully implement the marketing mix derived from this - in line with the company and sales objectives. One focus is sales-oriented, target group-specific market development. Which solution or service can we market best and how? A question we often ask ourselves. The most creative possible development of campaigns to win new customers or cross-sell and up-sell existing customers is part of the range of topics.
