At a glance

Our trainee programme for IT consultants basically consists of a group-wide framework programme and a subject-specific part. The latter offers you the choice between different specialist or technology areas. This structure guarantees exactly the right mix of IT specialisation, interdisciplinary networking, steep learning curve AND: a lot of fun ;-)


The framework programme starts on 01.04. or 01.10., depending on your focus.
(The start of the professional part may differ)


The group-wide framework programme lasts 12 months, the parallel subject-specific part 6 - 12 months depending on the focus

Starter training: first overview

We will provide you with everything you need to get started. Apart from hardware (e.g. notebook, company phone, headset etc.), the focus is on personal networking and content.

During the two intense days of the starter training, you will learn everything important about each department of All for One Group, have the opportunity to introduce yourself, and of course get to know many new faces from various specialist departments as well as some of your future team colleagues.

Kick-Off trainee program: building a network

At the kick-off, all trainees from across the group will meet and are usually joined by their respective mentors. Here you will have the opportunity to expand your network beyond meeting rooms in a casual atmosphere and during joint activities, and it provides you with a good overview of what to expect in the weeks and months ahead. By the way: Good food and a joint action with a high fun factor are part of the basic equipment at the kick-off ;-)

Practise & project phase

We will not spend much time on preliminary exercises. You will accompany your mentor on projects and quickly take over subtasks. In the technical area it starts with the independent solution of simple problems and faults of our customers. As a consultant this might start by troubleshooting basic problems and incidents at our customers. No matter where you start, our focus is on giving you practical insights and having you take over responsibility as soon as possible.

Theoretical & training phase

Of course, we will also provide you with the theoretical background to enable you to shine in the fields of knowledge and methodology. Therefore, we constantly switch between theoretical and practical training modules. In addition to comprehensive specialist trainings, our framework programme also supports you in your personal development.

Always keep in mind that we are a group that covers the entire IT spectrum with its market units and subsidiaries. This means that after successful completion of the trainee program, many doors will open for you, for example direct entry as a junior consultant or junior developer. Afterwards, you can elevate your career to the next level with our individual career model. Furthermore, “UP Talent” is our own development program that aims to prepare young colleagues to take over leadership roles. Internal career changes are no problem at all and integrated in a transparent process.

We are not merely planning in the medium- or long term. Regular trainings and development offers are an inherent part of your career at All for One Group.
