You can choose between SAP & Cloud Technology Consulting, Cloud Development, and New Work & Modern Workplace.

SAP & Cloud Technology Consultant

We offer two focus areas for technology consultants. Both fall under the category managed services. Here, we run, manage, and orchestrate the required IT- and cloud environments in the background. Both focus areas require you to acquire in-depth knowledge on new technologies.

As an SAP technology consultant, your tasks include support and administration. You promote digital transformation in your customer’s IT landscapes based on state-of-the-art SAP technologies.

As a Cloud technology consultant, you manage projects in connection with hybrid system landscapes. Your focus will be on Microsoft Azure, but topics such as Amazon Cloud, SAP Cloud, and cyber security are also on the agenda.

Cloud Development

Your job as a cloud developer begins where existing functionalities or Cloud systems have reached their limits and individual solutions are required. You implement hybrid Cloud scenarios at developer side and become familiar with a large variety of different technologies and programming languages, such as ABAP, Powershell, Phyton, C# or Linux-Shell-scripting.

New Work & Modern Workplace

Your topics include methods of New Work, the digital workplace, as well as mobility, automatization, and AI. You oversee the Microsoft portfolio (e.g. Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) and work with the latest Cloud technologies.

We will provide you with everything you need to get started. Apart from hardware (e.g. notebook, company phone, headset etc.), the focus is on personal networking and content.

During the two intense days of the starter training, you will learn everything important about each department of All for One Group, have the opportunity to introduce yourself, and of course get to know many new faces from various specialist departments as well as some of your future team colleagues.

At the kick-off, all trainees from across the group will meet and are usually joined by their respective mentors and team leads. Here you will have the opportunity to expand your network beyond meeting rooms in a casual atmosphere and during joint activities, and it provides you with a good overview of what to expect in the weeks and months ahead.

We will not spend much time on preliminary exercises. You will accompany your mentor on projects and quickly take over subtasks. In managed services, this might start by troubleshooting basic problems and incidents at our customers. As a New Work trainee, your first tasks might include the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings or conducting basic key user trainings. No matter where you start, our focus is on giving you practical insights and having you take over responsibility as soon as possible.

Of course, we will also provide you with the theoretical background to enable you to shine in the fields of knowledge and methodology. Therefore, we constantly switch between theoretical and practical training modules. In addition to comprehensive internal and external specialist trainings, you will also improve your soft skills with subjects such as communication- and presentation skills, change management, or project management.

Always keep in mind that we are a group that covers the entire IT spectrum with its market units and subsidiaries. This means that after successful completion of the trainee program, many doors will open for you, for example direct entry as a junior consultant or junior developer. Afterwards, you can elevate your career to the next level with our individual career model. Furthermore, “UP Talent” is our own development program that aims to prepare young colleagues to take over leadership roles. Internal career changes are no problem at all and integrated in a transparent process.

We are not merely planning in the medium- or long term. Regular trainings and development offers are an inherent part of your career at All for One Group. In addition, we believe in a regular and constructive feedback culture. Even with all the leeway we offer, there is a solid fundament that provides a reliable structure for all we do.


Of course, it is a job after all - but it is always something more, as well. So do not be surprised when sometimes we want to look at rugged mountain tops or a box of Lego with you instead of hybrid Cloud landscapes. Innovative workshop formats as well as team events such as barbecues, parties, or simply team dinners are also part of what All for One Group is all about.
