Social sustainability

At All for One, our focus is on people: Team spirit, trust, appreciation – this is what our daily business is all about. Our corporate value WE ARE ONE is the verbalization of the special All for One spirit and the basis for our success. For us, this also means ensuring compliance with human rights within our supply chain and assume our responsibility to society.

Fields of action

Based on the motto „Values, Rights, Community” we focus on pursuing three fields of action in the area of social sustainability: Diversity & equal opportunities, human rights, and social engagement.

Diversity & equal opportunities: Stronger together

WE ARE ONE! We regard the individual backgrounds and perspectives of our colleagues as huge advantages and actively promote diversity and equal opportunities within our group. In order to improve our understanding of the various interests and needs of our colleagues, we promote and support employee networks such as women@allforone and the Rainbow Community.

Committed to NAP (National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights)

We respect human rights – always and everywhere. We observe internationally recognized core labour standards and take a stand against any kind of forced- or child labor. This commitment and many others are enshrined in our Code of Conduct, and we closely observe compliance with it. Furthermore, we commit ourselves to NAP (National Action Plan for Business and Human Rights).

How we put social engagement into practice

Our engagement does not just stop within our company: Our partnership with registered association “Anpfiff ins Leben” helps to create opportunities for kids and teenagers. And we also regard ourselves as a catalyst for matters of the heart, supporting colleagues who do charitable work with monetary donations. The projects these colleagues are involved in include building schools in developing countries, establishing mobile juice bars for pediatric cancer wards, or acquiring defibrillators for emergency services.


I am happy that we have two great initiatives at All for One: women@all-for-one and the Rainbow Community. Both are organised by staff themselves and help to bring in different perspectives to find the best possible solutions.
