YOUR TALENTS

  • In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules
  • Experience configuring forms, fields, workflows and business rules
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript to customize ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes, particularly in case, incident and change management
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases, as ServiceNow is based on such a database
  • Ability to analyze data to identify problems and make suggestions for improvement
  • Good communication skills to interact with different teams and users
  • Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or similar fields
  • ServiceNow certification -Certified System Administrator (CSA), other certifications such as CIS-ITSM/CSM/ITOM may be beneficial
  • Experience managing and configuring ServiceNow
  • Ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with various departments and teams to adapt the ServiceNow platform to the needs of the business
