Your talents
- In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules
- Experience configuring forms, fields, workflows and business rules
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript to customize ServiceNow
- Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes, particularly in case, incident and change management
- Basic knowledge of relational databases, as ServiceNow is based on such a database
- Ability to analyze data to identify problems and make suggestions for improvement
- Good communication skills to interact with different teams and users
- Completed training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or similar fields
- ServiceNow certification -Certified System Administrator (CSA), other certifications such as CIS-ITSM/CSM/ITOM may be beneficial
- Experience managing and configuring ServiceNow
- Ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Ability to collaborate with various departments and teams to adapt the ServiceNow platform to the needs of the business
