Administration and optimization of system landscapes (virtualized on VMWare or MS Azure) on Linux and Windows platforms.

Performing standard changes of Second Level Service Catalog according to defined change management process

Processing and solution of monitoring and customer incidents as part of second level support in accordance with incident and problem management.

Consulting our customers in the subject of network, operating systems, Active directory, Sharepoint, Exchange, Citrix, Backup and virtualization

40 hours per week following the Egyptian vacation system, weekend on Friday & Saturday.
YOUR TALENTS

Preferably, successfully completed university studies (Bachelor's degree) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or an equivalent vocational qualification.

Initial professional experience in one or more of the areas of Windows/Linux Server, Cisco network environments, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Exchange, Citrix, backup, virtualization (VM and Azure)

Experience in the area of automation of administration tasks, in particular using scripting languages

Affinity for IT and a solid understanding of current technologies

Strong results-orientation combined with an attention to detail
