WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB EXCITING
- Administration, configuration and consulting of the current All for One Group - ITSM platform (Solution Manager) as well as support of the transformation to the new ITSM platform (ServiceNow)
- You configure and develop IT and business processes, data models, workflows
- You coordinate customer requirements with the developers who implement them technically
- You take on responsibility and manage (sub-)projects independently
- You work closely with internal and external project/development teams according to our project methodology: from conception to process introduction and integration to go-live

YOUR TALENTS
- Very good knowledge of solution and interface concepts as well as industry standards such as ITIL and BPMN
- Sound experience in the conception and design of IT or business processes
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Abstraction skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and consulting skills
- Independent way of working with high quality standards
- Optional: Experience in dealing with ServiceNow with a focus on “Customer Service Management” and “IT Service Management”
