WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB EXCITING
- Back office activities in the All for One SAP Solution Manager (ticket system), including maintenance of contract data, client data and service level agreements (SLA)
- Accompanying transitions and re-transitions as a representative in the team
- Back-end user management of employee and customer data
- Content management of e. g. customer-specific information or individualities

- Ideally, experience dealing with customers and in the back office
- Experience in similar areas such as team assistance, support or back office
- Strong customer orientation and persuasive skills
- Good skills in mediating between conflict parties
- Very good knowledge of German and good English
