WHAT MAKES YOUR JOB EXCITING
- Day to day facilitation of the Configuration process and administration of the CMDB.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the configuration management process; ensuring operating procedures are documented to support the activities
- Manages the CMDB health via the ServiceNow CMDB Health Dashboards.
- Creates and manages the Service Mapping roadmap using the ServiceNow Service Mapping capability
- Assures that all operational services (and those being prepared) are recorded within the CMDB
- Maintains the Configuration Management System, including the CI data model and relationship
- Management of ServiceNow Discovery and Integrations
- Work closely with various business and IT teams to integrate different data sources into ServiceNow and target data delivery in line with business needs
- Creation and implementation of data governance policies and processes to ensure data quality in ServiceNow
- Continuous analysis and optimization of the data architecture for the functional provision and continuous improvement of the data basis

YOUR TALENTS
- Experience of working with ServiceNow in an equivalent role for a minimum of 2 years.
- Experience of setting up and configuring Discovery within ServiceNow
- Experience in managing backlogs of work, control of priorities, and resolution of conflicts
- Self-motivated and highly organized with strong attention to detail
- You have an excellent understanding of the ServiceNow CSDM/CMDB framework
- You have extensive knowledge of the various ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITOM and GRC)
- Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is an advantage
