SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING
We support our customers in optimising processes along their supply chain. At workshops, we identify problem areas and work together to define optimisation potential. In the course of the implementation phase, we develop approaches to solutions and determine which tools are appropriate. Then, we accompany our customers beyond the successful implementation of the solution. Our expertise in the SAP environment comprises, classic APO applications, embedded PP/DS in ECC on HANA, enhanced planning in S/4HANA and cloud-based IBP.
FULLY INTEGRATED REAL-TIME PLANNING - WITH SAP IBP
SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) is the module enabling real-time planning in the supply chain: SAP IBP makes possible everything from automated forecasts to sales behaviour, effects of demand planning on your network, coordination of the demand plan with the financial and sales plans, the finite, cross-plant planning, and more.
State-of-the-art supply chain planning for medium-sized companies - this is what SAP IBP represents. Real-time planning is based on the Hana database technology and is based completely on Excel.
PRODUCTION AND DETAILED PLANNING
Our comprehensive project experience and knowledge of processes has been poured into a solution fit for medium-sized companies: SCM Exakt is an excellent example of best practices, based on on SAP PP/DS. That said, we have not limited ourselves to PP/DS. Instead, we have taken a holistic approach, thinking of everything from sales to production planning. We use pre-configured, proven processes and system settings to ensure implementation runs faster and more smoothly. The result is a lean, high performance solution for requirements and detailed planning.
