Service Portal Update

New Service Portal Release

Dear customers,

as of August 4, 2021, we have published the new release of our Service Portal.

The focus was on good usability, intuitive navigation and simple interaction.

With the improved portal, you will have easier and faster access to the features you use. Below is a brief overview of what you can expect in terms of what's new, and what you need to be aware of starting next week.

The new dashboard

We have developed the start page of the Service Portal into an intelligent dashboard. This means that the functions you have used most recently will be displayed at a quick access. A revised menu view for all functions is also added.


On the start page you will find your EDGE/4 level and the contact to the Customer Success Manager responsible for you. All information about the EDGE/4 benefit program can be found .


To give you a better overview, we are introducing notifications of various functions in the Service Portal. Via a small bell in the menu bar you will immediately see that an action from you is required.

Login with e-mail address

From now on you can log in to our service portal with your personal e-mail address and do not have to use your S- or A-User.

Extended ticket search

In the ticket app, you will now find an advanced ticket search with many granular filtering and sorting options, the ability to save these searches individually and export the search result via Excel.

Bug fixes

In addition, various minor bugs in the different functions have also been fixed.
