Major Earnings Improvement in 1st Half-Year 2013/14 / All for One Steeb AG

Revenues: EUR 109.1 million (+24% over Oct 12 – Mar 13) / EBIT: EUR 7.4 million (+49% over Oct 12 – Mar 13) / Earnings after tax: EUR 4.6 million (+58% over Oct 12 – Mar 13) / Earnings per share of 85 euro cents (+85% over Oct 12 – Mar 13) / Equity ratio: 36% (30 Sep 13: 35%) / Forecast confirmed

Filderstadt, 07 May 2014 – All for One Steeb AG, which holds a leading position in the German-language SAP midmarket segment, today announced its results for the period of 1 October 2013 to 31 March 2014.

This SAP full-service provider improved revenues 24% from EUR 88.0 million to EUR 109.1 million during the first half of financial year 2013/14. Strong gains were reported by each of the three pillars of its integrated business model, namely recurring outsourcing services (including software maintenance), SAP licenses and consulting. Sales revenues from outsourcing services improved 20% to EUR 49.0 million (Oct 2012 – Mar 2013: EUR 40.9 million) and accounted for a 45% share of total revenues (Oct 2012 – Mar 2013: 46%). Licensing revenues posted a solid plus of 67% to EUR 17.9 million (Oct 2012 – Mar 2013: EUR 10.7 million). In addition to the ongoing business with its many smaller licensing agreements – All for One Steeb serves the largest SAP midmarket customer base in countries where German is spoken – a number of significant turnkey projects were also completed. Consulting revenues similarly showed a sharp rise by gaining 18% to EUR 40.2 million (Oct 2012 – Mar 2013: EUR 34.2 million).

The EBIT increased disproportionately in relation to the growth in revenues and gained 49% to EUR 7.4 million (Oct 2012 – Mar 2013: EUR 5.0 million). This resulted in an EBIT margin of 6.8% (Oct 2012 – Mar 2013: 5.6%). The EBT was EUR 6.7 million (Oct 2012 – Mar 2013: EUR 4.4 million) for a plus of 51%. Earnings after tax increased 58% to EUR 4.6 million (Oct 2012 – Mar 2013: EUR 2.9 million) while earnings per share were 85 euro cents (Oct 2012 – Mar 2013: 46 euro cents). The equity ratio as at 31 March 2014 was 36% (30 September 2013: 35%). The number of employees (not including apprentices / trainees) increased to 992 (31 March 2013: 837).

»We remain committed to the annual forecast we made for 2013/14 that projects revenues of EUR 205 to 210 million and an EBIT of between EUR 10.5 and 11.0 million«, affirmed All for One Steeb CFO Stefan Land.
