Change of budget request/cost releases

Dear customers,

we would like to inform you that as of 01.12.2022 we will take into account a 25% tolerance for the budget release stored in the ticket. This is to avoid administrative expenses on your side and on our side for a request and processing of an additional budget release, if the additionally required budget is within this tolerance.

In the context of ticket processing, several people may be involved who are working together on the solution or who may not account for it in a timely manner. This may result in overbooking, which of course should not happen, but does happen; especially when the target is almost reached.

Our experience shows that we are often within this tolerance for budget overruns. This measure therefore ensures greater efficiency in ticket processing and prevents administrative expenses for re-requesting the budget. It is therefore in our common interest.
