Realignment in AC-Service AG Board of Directors

Lars Landwehrkamp will be the new spokesman of the AC-Service AG board of directors. Herbert Werle is leaving AC-Service AG by mutual agreement. Focus on expanding the market position in the SAP midmarket business, IT outsourcing and managed IT services activities.

Stuttgart, 10 May 2007 – AC-Service AG's supervisory board and Herbert Werle, the chairman of its board of directors, agreed that Werle will step down from the board of AC-Service AG effective immediately and relinquish all of his additional offices and functions within the AC-Group. Werle's duties will be assumed by the two experienced AC-Service AG board directors Marco Fontana and Lars Landwehrkamp. The latter will become the new board spokesman of AC-Service AG and assume the operational management of the AC-Group, while Fontana continues to be the chief financial officer and primarily responsible for the administrative management and the management of financial investments. At the moment there are no plans for a successor for Werle.

The AC-Group has been pursuing a clear growth strategy following the takeover of the SAP systems house All for One Midmarket Solutions & Services GmbH in the spring of 2006. The AC-Group, with its focus on small to mid-sized businesses and a range of systems and services covering the entire product lifecycle, has positioned itself as a leading full-scale SAP service provider in countries where German is spoken. To this end, all its activities as an SAP systems and consulting house, along with all outsourcing and managed IT services, were recently consolidated into one common business line for Germany and Austria under the »All for one. Member of AC-Group« brand.

This reorganised board of directors will press ahead with the necessary integration effort and changes in the corporate structure, while consistently pursuing the planned growth strategy in the midmarket sector within German-speaking countries.
