Allweiler Chooses SAP Logistics Management for Logistics Digitalization

• World premiere: One of the first SAP Logistics Management customer projects (available since February 2026) to be implemented by an SAP partner with SAP ECC

Filderstadt, July 7, 2026 – All for One Group SE, a leading international IT, consulting and service provider, has been commissioned by Allweiler GmbH to implement SAP Logistics Management (LGM). The pump manufacturer, based in Radolfzell on Lake Constance, is replacing previously paper-based and manual warehouse and shipping workflows with mobile, scanner-based processes, creating greater transparency across goods movements. It is one of the world’s first customer projects for SAP Logistics Management – which has been available since February 2026 – to be implemented by an SAP partner on SAP ECC.

With SAP Logistics Management, Allweiler is digitalizing key logistics processes – from goods receipt and putaway to production supply and shipping. The objective is to achieve full visibility into all goods movements, minimize search times and increase flexibility when working under tight deadlines.

“Until now, our warehouse and shipping processes have relied heavily on manual workflows. With SAP Logistics Management, we are creating significantly greater transparency across material movements and tasks – while noticeably reducing the time and effort spent searching for information and coordinating activities. Allweiler’s site in Radolfzell has grown historically over time, with warehousing, production and shipping spread across several buildings and outdoor areas. The existing system of managing processes using paper shipping documents involves considerable manual effort and makes operations heavily dependent on individual employee expertise. During the selection process, Allweiler evaluated SAP Warehouse Management (SAP WM) and SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) alongside SAP Logistics Management. The decisive factor was the ability to adopt scanner-based processes quickly and pragmatically – without introducing a solution that would be oversized for the company’s current needs. Allweiler now has a scalable solution that can grow incrementally with its requirements.

With SAP Logistics Management, SAP has closed an important gap in its portfolio: companies now have a pragmatic entry point into digitally managed warehouse and shipping processes – lean, agile and rapidly scalable. With SAP Logistics Management, Allweiler employees will receive their tasks on mobile devices. The system guides them through each step and directs them to the relevant storage locations. This reduces reliance on individual employee expertise while shortening training and onboarding times. The warehouse control center can also actively manage priorities. For example, urgently needed spare parts can be routed directly to shipping as soon as they are scanned at goods receipt – without first being put away.
The pilot project in Radolfzell will serve as a blueprint for other sites in Germany and worldwide.

Allweiler’s ERP system currently runs on SAP ECC, with the transformation to SAP S/4HANA planned for the coming years. To enable logistics modernization to begin sooner, All for One developed an integration solution that connects SAP Logistics Management to the existing ERP landscape. This allows companies to benefit from SAP Logistics Management today without having to wait for the entire ERP transformation to be completed.

In addition, Allweiler is implementing All for One’s Shipping KIT. This SAP-integrated shipping solution enables companies to generate shipping labels automatically and track shipments via Track & Trace. Here, too, All for One is the first partner to connect a SaaS application to SAP Logistics Management.
