All for One Steeb AG is planning to acquire a majority stake in cloud specialist B4B Solutions GmbH / Cloud solutions for all key business processes from one source / First-choice partner for SMEs in the SAP cloud market

Filderstadt, 05 October 2016 – All for One Steeb AG, a leading IT house and number one ranked SAP partner in the German-speaking market, wants to strengthen the presence of cloud software solutions in the midmarket. Especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are to benefit from fast, efficient and simple solutions from the cloud.

This is why All for One Steeb is planning to acquire, effective from 1 November 2016, a 70 percent majority stake in cloud specialist B4B Solutions GmbH located in Graz (Austria). B4B Solutions is considered a proven expert for fast and high-quality implementations and developments of cloud solutions and was SAP Cloud Partner of the Year on numerous occasions. All for One Steeb itself is also a successful cloud provider and was SAP Business ByDesign Partner of the Year in 2016.

When these two companies merge, they will consolidate their cloud application expertise and offer a full range of cloud and industry-specific services from a single source. The cloud solutions and services will be offered to clients in the market under the uniform brand B4B Solutions.

The portfolio, tailored primarily to the midmarket, will focus mainly on the ERP solution SAP Business ByDesign, the CRM solution SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer, and the collaboration solution SAP Jam. “We promise our customers new and improved services. By offering simple, rapidly deployable and configurable cloud solutions, we aim to provide new business perspectives that are tailored especially to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. Integrating these solutions into existing on-premise landscapes is a matter of course for us and enables the much propagated hybrid cloud scenarios to be implemented for the efficient organisation of business processes. And all from a single source”, says Lars Landwehrkamp, speaker of the management board at All for One Steeb.

SMEs in particular are increasingly opting for on-demand systems. Such systems provide full access to the necessary resources and processes anytime and anywhere, offer high performance and fast integration, and allow users to work in a simple and efficient manner.

But with cloud solutions too, SMEs are looking to collaborate with experts who can help them to optimise their processes and structures by saving implementation, infrastructure and administration costs. The consolidation of expertise and solutions from both IT houses will generate many customer benefits. Significant value will also be added by the Customer Lifecycle Model developed at B4B, which will now be jointly managed and focus primarily on innovations and developments for clients.
