Valued at over EUR 4 Million / AC-Service Closes Deals

Stuttgart, 07 April 2008 – AC-Service AG, Stuttgart, the IT full service provider with the leading position in the German-language SAP midmarket segment, has garnered two orders that together are valued at over EUR 4 million. The two deals involve SAP projects for the clients SQS Software Quality Systems AG, Cologne, and Bruker BioSpin GmbH, Rheinstetten, which will be implemented by AC-Service's subsidiary All for One Midmarket Solutions & Services GmbH, Stuttgart.

SQS is the world's largest provider of software quality management services and employs a staff of about 1,000 people. Bruker BioSpin, which belongs to the Nasdaq-listed Bruker Group, is home to about 3,500 employees and specialises in magnetic resonance technologies. Both full-scale SAP implementations will span several of these two customers' domestic and foreign companies and locations and will include software licenses, industry solutions, consulting services and more.

Following what continues to be a rapidly progressing realignment to become an SAP full service provider, AC-Service recently announced sales of EUR 78.1 million (+25%), not including its discontinued ACCURAT division, for the financial year 2007. Sales for 2008 are expected to be in the neighbourhood of from EUR 82 million to EUR 85 million.
