Filderstadt, 25 June 2020 – Conversion/4 is an innovative support concept and pricing model that leading consulting and IT group All for One Group AG is offering SAP user companies. Three configurable subscription packages, each for a fixed monthly fee, make it easier for businesses to shift to SAP S/4HANA.

»Base« is the smallest package for converting an SAP ECC 6.0 system to SAP S/4HANA and includes a release upgrade, support, full hardware and IT infrastructure from EUR 17,900 per month. »Move« and »FastForward« are two larger packages that also include process transformations. With the aid of a configurator, customers can decide which processes they want to transform. By opting for one of the packages, they reap the benefits of the extensive process and SAP expertise that All for One Group – leading SAP partner in the German-speaking region – has to offer.

The underlying technology is supplied by the SNP Software-Suite CrystalBridge and the SNP Transformation process Bluefield™ by SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, Heidelberg, both of which partially automate the SAP S/4HANA conversions. All for One Group entered into a cooperation agreement with SNP to specifically adapt these processes for the midmarket. The SAP S/4HANA systems are operated on Microsoft Azure. This is the cloud platform that All for One Group already uses to provide support to several hundred SAP user companies in line with the strategy adopted by SAP and Microsoft. The two companies are collaborating on a wide scale along a joint roadmap (»Embrace« Programme).
