Cloud services & support revenues increase by 25% / SAP Partner Excellence Award 2019: »Best Performing Partner« / Annual general meeting on 13 March 2019 to approve a change in the company's name to All for One Group AG

Filderstadt, 12 February 2019 – All for One Steeb AG, leading IT services and consulting provider and sought-after digitalisation partner for the midmarket, has published its (unaudited) quarterly statement for the 3-month figures for the period 1 October to 31 December 2018 as scheduled on 7 February 2019.All for One Steeb AG launched its strategy offensive 2022 in mid-November 2018 with the aim of advancing into wholly new dimensions with sales of between EUR 550 million and 600 million and an EBIT margin of more than 7% by the financial year 2022/23. All for One Steeb AG is focussing on digitalising midmarket companies in the German-speaking market and, in doing so, to enhance the competitive ability of its customers.

Right at the top of the All for One Steeb agenda is the focus on the right areas of innovation and growth with SAP S/4HANA acting as the »Digital Core«. The IT services and consulting provider intends to expand its market access with increased focus on the upper midmarket with supplementary cloud solutions for lines of business, security and compliance, new work (Microsoft), machine learning, and IoT. Market watchers see All for One Steeb AG already leading the German-speaking SAP midmarket whilst having the largest customer base.

Only recently All for One Steeb’s subsidiary B4B Solutions gained recognition as »Best Performing Partner« with an SAP Partner Excellence Award 2019. Moving forward, All for One Steeb intends to become just as strong and with as large a market presence with »non-ERP themes« – in HR, for example. Thus, All for One Steeb acquired all the shares in TalentChamp Consulting GmbH, Vienna/Austria, effective 1 January 2019. The company is an acknowledged cloud specialist with years of SAP SuccessFactors expertise, and has excellent references in the upper midmarket, making it a perfect fit for the roadmap.

And equally suited for the plans to strengthen its position as an integrated Group and to roll out a new brand architecture in future. The annual general meeting on 13 March 2019 will be asked to approve a change in the company's name from All for One Steeb AG to All for One Group AG.
