Stuttgart, Vienna, 05 October 2006 – As has already been seen in Austria, the February 2006 acquisition of All for One GmbH Midmarket Solutions by AC-Service AG of Stuttgart has been generating positive momentum for the AC Group beyond Germany. With All for One's support, AC Solutions GmbH & Co KG of Vienna was awarded the contract from BOXMARK World Leather in the Austrian city of Feldbach for a comprehensive mySAP implementation project in Austria, Slovenia and Croatia. The starting point for the overall project is BOXMARK's leather processing operations, which are distributed throughout different plants in numerous countries and place tremendous demands on the planning, budgeting and control of both local logistics processes and those spanning multiple locations. BOXMARK ranks worldwide among the leading providers of upholstered leather for the automobile industry. This new end-to-end solution for the BOXMARK plants in Feldbach and Jennersdorf (Austria), Kidricevo (Slovenia) and Varazdin (Croatia), which together employ a total of some 4,000 people, is based on mySAP ERP and includes sales, production planning and control, quality management, procurement and materials management, financial management, controlling and human resources and thus enables superb enterprise process integration.

With its preconfigured mySAP industry solutions for automotive-parts suppliers (All for Automotive) and for machinery and equipment manufacturers (All for Machine), All for One Midmarket Solutions, a part of AC-Service AG, already ranks among the leading SAP partners in Germany for small to mid-size enterprises. The AC Group intends to garner the same position in the machinery manufacturing and automotive-parts segments in Austria as well. Playing an important part in this will be its one-stop range of products and services that covers the entire IT value chain and, in addition to SAP industry solutions, includes Managed IT Services such as outsourcing, remote support and professional on-site services. This is just one reason why the automotive-parts supplier Magna Cosma contracted AC Solutions in Austria at the turn of the 2005/2006 year with an extensive mySAP implementation whose technical operation is handled from within AC-Service's Managed IT Service Center.
SAP is supporting this strategic course and, in a first step, has named AC-Service/All for One industry partners for automotive-parts suppliers in line with its new service model for midmarket enterprises. The companies exhibited their well-balanced and complementing portfolio at the SAP partner booth at the International Automobile Forum in Graz from 27 to 29 September 2006.
