Filderstadt, 19 July 2011 – For All for One Midmarket AG, which holds a leading position in the German-language SAP midmarket segment, the recovery within its machinery and equipment manufacturing, automotive and project services target industries is continuing at a stronger-than-expected pace.

According to preliminary results for the 9-month period of 1 October 2010 to 30 June 2011, the SAP full-service provider increased sales revenues organically by 11% to EUR 66.1 million (Oct 2009 – Jun 2010: EUR 59.7 million). Recurring revenues from outsourcing services improved by a remarkable 13% to EUR 26.2 million (Oct 2009 – Jun 2010: EUR 23.2 million). Licensing revenues totalled EUR 10.3 million and improved on the high level of the prior year (Oct 2009 – Jun 2010: EUR 9.4 million) by 10%. Consulting revenues posted an increase of 8% to EUR 27.3 million (Oct 2009 – Jun 2010: EUR 25.4 million). The preliminary EBIT for the 9-month period doubled to EUR 3.4 million (Oct 2009 – Jun 2010: EUR 1.7 million).

This good sales revenue performance is expected to generate faster progress on the earnings side, which is why All for One Midmarket AG is raising its EBIT projection to EUR 4.0 million for the current financial year that ends on 30 September 2011. Up until now the company was expecting a 2010/11 EBIT of EUR 3.4 million. Total annual 2010/11 sales revenues should – on a strictly organic basis – be able to be increased by approximately 10%. So far there have been no indications of any economic slowdown.

All for One Midmarket AG will be publishing its 9-Month Report as at 30 June 2011 as scheduled on 9 August 2011.
