All for One Strengthens its Business Base in Austria / SAP Midmarket in Austria

Sales revenues increase 35% / Management change in Austria as planned / KUVAG Group awards contract for extensive SAP implementation project / New, group-wide, high-end data centers in Frankfurt / Integration enhances local presence

Filderstadt, Wien, 20 July 2009 – The already well-balanced and full range of SAP products and services offered on a trans-national basis by All for One Midmarket AG is also increasingly coming into its own in Austria. In an annual comparison, the All for One Group was able to increase its Austria sales revenues by some 35% from EUR 3.2 million EUR (2007) to EUR 4.3 million (2008), most of which was generated with the customers of All for One Midmarket Solutions & Services GmbH, Vienna. In addition to Germany, All for One is now one of the leading full-service providers in the SAP midmarket segment in Austria and is also a leading SAP Gold Partner for the machinery and equipment manufacturing, automotive supplier and project service industries. »The combination of a strong focus on sales and service, a local presence and the intelligent use of group-wide resources to integrate service packages and processes has proved to be a major success factor«, stated Erich Losert, who, in line with long-term succession planning, is ending his active career after having served many years as the managing director in Austria. The transition to the new management will be very smooth. Ali-Reza Bayat, Wolfgang Räth and Ralf Linha have been working with All for One in Austria for years and are very familiar with the customers and business partners, as well as with the SAP midmarket. Recently, the KUVAG Group, Neumarkt, which specialises in power engineering and transportation technology, awarded All for One Austria a contract to implement a comprehensive SAP All-in-One industry solution. The roll-out for 245 users – the group employs a total of around 500 employees – will take place in the KUVAG plants in Neumarkt, Vienna and Xiamen (China), as well as in its sales and service locations in the Czech Republic, Russia and the Ukraine.

All for One Austria’s outsourcing customers also underwent a smooth transition. Virtually unnoticed and with no unscheduled interruptions, their systems were relocated from Vienna to new, group-wide high-end data centers in Frankfurt. Ahead of this, All for One Midmarket AG made record investments in 2008 totalling some EUR 6.4 million primarily in new data center infrastructures and in expanding its range of products and services for its outsourcing customers. This is why today All for One is also capable of realising demanding outsourcing projects on a group-wide basis in a comparatively short period of time, while conventional projects often tend to stretch over longer periods. One of the things that make this possible are the well-developed industrial IT service processes based on the two high-end data centers located some 10 kilometres from each other in Frankfurt. Their high standards of availability, which were previously reserved mostly for financial institutions, are now being used worldwide by All for One customers from the SAP midmarket sector.
