Filderstadt, 22 October 2018 - Expanding and strengthening the competitiveness of medium-sized companies in a digital world - this is the motto of digitisation as defined by All for One Steeb - and the company's SME forum on 15 November 2018 from 09.00 a.m. at the Ulm Exhibition Centre will also take place under this motto. Competitive strength through digitisation - the event for digital technologies, digital processes and digital work pays attention to this in all areas. This year's congress is even more broadly based, as the HR Forum of the subsidiary KWP INSIDE HR has been integrated. Thus, for the first time, strongly digital HR topics such as recruiting or talent management are part of the program.

Indeed, the forum addresses managers and employees of all corporate divisions: from management to warehouse management, from sales to customer service. In order to make the many facets of digitization more concrete, this year's SME Forum offers more than 50 workshops, expert presentations, showcases and live demos of solutions, making topics such as IoT, digital twin, machine learning or digital collaboration tangible. What will it look like in practice when experts in marketing and sales bring together artificial intelligence and automation in the future? In the Maintenance & Service area, experts will discuss the topics of sensor technology and networking, predictive maintenance and digital twin. The forum also provides concrete answers to questions about digital solutions for recruiting, employee development or travel expense accounting. And above all, there is the question of how companies can become the much-vaunted "agile organization" in order to enable innovative ability in rapid digital change - and take the employees along with them. Here too, experts share their experience from many consulting projects.
