Jörg Mecke establishes new Microsoft consulting unit at All for One Steeb

Leading SAP company for German-speaking SMEs continues to invest in Microsoft consulting

Filderstadt, November 6, 2017 - All for One Steeb, a leading SAP partner for midsize companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, is building a new Microsoft consulting unit. Jörg Mecke has been recruited for this task as of October 1, 2017. His focus will now initially be on recruiting: Within a year, the new team will initially be made up of around 30 experienced consultants.

Jörg Mecke was previously a member of the management board of Axians IT-Solutions (formerly Fritz & Macziol) and responsible for Microsoft consulting. In addition to being responsible for service delivery, he was also involved in the Microsoft Infrastructure Partner Advisory Counsil and developed the new Microsoft topics such as HoloLens and AzureStack for market entry.

"We want to support our customers with Microsoft technologies just as effectively as we do in the SAP environment," announces Ralf Linha, who is responsible for consulting on the management board of All for One Steeb. "We have been offering cloud services around Microsoft systems, such as Office 365 and Azure, for several years. With the new consulting unit, we also want to advise our customers on the process and application level. Some of the questions are: How do I best implement communication and collaboration, for example with Office 365 solutions? What could a digital workplace that connects SAP and Microsoft look like? What opportunities does Microsoft Azure offer in new areas such as artificial intelligence? We are pleased that with Jörg Mecke, we have been able to win an experienced consultant and manager who, with his many years of expertise, will help us to support our customers even more comprehensively in their digitalization efforts.
