Forecast Reaffirmed / Major Sales and Earnings Improvement after 9 Months

Figures for the period 1 October 2014 to 30 June 2015 (unaudited): Revenues: EUR 180.4 million (+12% over Oct 13 – Jun 14) / EBIT: EUR 14.5 million (+57% over Oct 13 – Jun 14) / Earnings after tax: EUR 10.1 million (+77% over Oct 13 – Jun 14) / Equity ratio: 36% (30 September 2014: 34%) Forecast reaffirmed

Filderstadt, 04 August 2015 – The full-service provider increased revenues in the 3rd quarter of the financial year 2014/15 by 16% to EUR 60.1 million (Apr – Jun 2014: EUR 51.8 million). This resulted in an increase in revenues of 12% to EUR 180.4 million (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: EUR 160.9 million) in this 9-month period of 2014/15.

Sales revenues from outsourcing services (including cloud services and software maintenance) improved 12% to EUR 82.4 million (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: EUR 73.9 million) in this 9-month period and account for a 46% share (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: 46%) of total revenues. The revenues from the sale of software licenses in the 3rd quarter of the financial year 2014/15 increased by 4% to EUR 5.5 million (Apr – Jun 2014: EUR 5.3 million). License revenues declined by 7% to EUR 21.5 million (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: EUR 23.2 million) in this 9-month period of 2014/15. The consulting revenues increased 20% to EUR 72.9 million (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: EUR 60.6 million).

The EBIT of this 9-month period increased disproportionately in relation to the growth in revenues and advanced 57% to EUR 14.5 million (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: EUR 9.2 million). The EBIT margin was 8.0% (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: 5.7%). The EBT was EUR 13.4 million (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: EUR 8.1 million) for a gain of 65%. Earnings after tax increased 77% to EUR 10.1 million (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: EUR 5.7 million). Earnings per share rose to EUR 1.88 (Oct 2013 – Jun 2014: EUR 1.03). The equity ratio as at 30 June 2015 was 36% (30 September 2014: 34%). The number of employees rose to 1,142 (30 June 2014: 1,068).
