Filderstadt, 04 February 2014 – All for One Steeb AG, which holds a leading position in the German-speaking SAP midmarket segment, today published its results for the period of 1 October to 31 December 2013.

This SAP full-service provider increased revenues by 22% from EUR 46.0 to 56.3 million in the 1st quarter of the financial year 2013/14. All three pillars of its integrated business model, these being recurring outsourcing services (including software maintenance), consulting and SAP licenses, posted strong gains. Sales revenues from outsourcing services increased 19% to EUR 24.0 million (Oct – Dec 2012: EUR 20.2 million) and now account for a share of 43% of total revenues (Oct – Dec 2012: 44%). Licensing revenues finished the quarter with a strong plus of 60% and an improvement to EUR 11.4 million (Oct – Dec 2012: EUR 7.1 million). In addition to the on-going business with its many smaller licensing agreements – All for One Steeb serves the largest base of SAP midmarket customers in countries where German is spoken – numerous important turnkey projects were also concluded. The volume of consulting revenues also rose sharply and improved 16% to EUR 19.8 million (Oct – Dec 2012: EUR 17.1 million).

The EBIT increased disproportionately in relation to sales revenues and gained 38% to EUR 4.3 million (Oct – Dec 2012: EUR 3.1 million). The EBIT margin was thus 7.6% (Oct – Dec 2012: 6.7%). The EBT totalled EUR 3.9 million (Oct – Dec 2012: EUR 2.8 million) for a gain of 40%. The earnings after tax also posted a gain of 40% and increased to EUR 2.8 million (Oct – Dec 2012: EUR 2.0 million).

In December 2013, in order to expand its SAP Human Capital Management activities, All for One Steeb AG increased its equity interest in its biggest subsidiary, KWP Kümmel, Wiedmann + Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Heilbronn, from 56% to 100%. To fund the transaction – in addition to the payment of a cash component – a capital increase was conducted and 122,000 new ordinary shares were issued. The equity ratio as at 31 December 2013 remained unchanged at 35%. The number of employees as at 31 December 2013 rose to 961 (31 December 2012: 791).

»We are off to a good start in this new financial year and are watching developments very carefully. Although confidence still prevails within our target markets, many core issues remain unresolved in Europe, including high levels of government debt. We remain committed to the annual forecast we made for 2013/14 that projects revenues of EUR 205 to 210 million and an EBIT of between EUR 10.5 and 11.0 million«, affirmed All for One Steeb CFO Stefan Land.

All for One Steeb AG will be publishing its complete 3-month report for financial year 2013/14 as scheduled on 13 February 2014.
