Filderstadt, 12 November 2014 – All for One Steeb AG, the Number 1 in the German-speaking SAP market, today published its preliminary (unaudited) figures for the financial year 2013/14 (1 October 2013 to 30 September 2014).

After a very strong 4th quarter (Jul – Sep 2014), All for One Steeb improved its full-year sales figures for 2013/14 by 17% to EUR 217.2 million (2012/13: EUR 186.3 million). Strong gains were posted by all three pillars of its integrated business model, these being recurring outsourcing services (including software maintenance), consulting and SAP licenses. As a result, sales revenues from outsourcing services increased 15% to EUR 99.8 million (2012/13: EUR 86.8 million) and now account for a 46% share (2012/13: 47%) of total sales. Revenues from the sale of SAP licenses exceeded management’s expectations the most and totalled EUR 30.2 million (2012/13: EUR 26.7 million), which is a plus of 13%. Consulting revenues posted the strongest gain of 21% to EUR 83.0 million (2012/13: EUR 68.5 million). This figure also includes external revenues of EUR 3.6 million that are attributable to the acquisition in May 2014 of the business analytics and corporate performance management specialist avantum consult AG, Düsseldorf. This means that of this increase (a plus of 17%) in full-year sales, 15 percentage points came from organic and 2 percentage points from external growth.

The increase in the preliminary EBIT was markedly disproportionate to that of sales and improved 28% to EUR 13.5 million (2012/13: EUR 10.5 million). The EBIT margin was thus 6.2% (2012/13: 5.6%). The preliminary EBT increased 37% to EUR 12.0 million (2012/13: EUR 8.8 million). The number of employees as at 30 September 2014 rose to 1,077 (30 September 2013: 926). These preliminary results also greatly surpass even the forecasts for the financial year 2013/14 that were raised on 31 July 2014 and which projected revenues of at least EUR 215 million and an EBIT of EUR 11 to 12 million.

The number 1 position in the German-speaking SAP market with the largest customer base in the midmarket segment is to be expanded. The full-service provider also intends to gradually take top positions in the expanded overall German-speaking market, such as for outsourcing and cloud services, as well as in business analytics and corporate performance management. Plans for the financial year 2014/15 (1 Oct 14 – 30 Sep 15) include additional investments and increased expenditure in the process of expanding its strategy. Consequently, the projected revenues for 2014/15 are expected to be within the range of EUR 230 million to 240 million with an EBIT of between EUR 14 million and 15 million. Staffing levels are expected to mirror the growth in revenues. Potential economic setbacks represent a considerable risk to achieving these forecasts.

All for One Steeb AG will release its final consolidated financial statements for the financial year 2013/14 as scheduled during its financial results press conference on 17 December 2014.
