data center maintenance 02/2023

Dear Sir or Madam,

In order to maintain and further develop our service quality, regular maintenance work is required on various components in the data center. For the upcoming maintenance work we have, as announced, Sunday 18.06.2023

from 08:00 to 18:00 CET has been reserved.

Please expect several service interruptions with a duration of up to one hour each during the entire time window. You will not be able to access your services during the service interruption. Network connections of your systems to interfaces and folder shares outside the local network will not be available.

The upcoming maintenance is unavoidable to ensure the continued stability and security of our data center. As part of this maintenance, we will be performing major upgrades to our network devices and infrastructure components. These measures are critical to ensure continuous and reliable operations.

The planned service interruption will allow us to efficiently make the necessary changes without compromising the integrity of your data. We realize that this may be a temporary inconvenience for you, and want to assure you that we will take all necessary measures to keep the downtime as short as possible.
