Annual General Meeting Approves a Dividend Increase of 43% to EUR 1 per Share / Digital Transformation Gaining Momentum

All agenda proposals approved with large majorities / Approximately 85% of the share capital represented / SAP HANA in high demand / Top ranking among »Germany’s Best Employers« for 2016«

Filderstadt, 18 March 2016 – The All for One Steeb AG annual general meeting (AGM) held on 17 March 2016 approved all of the administration’s proposed resolutions with large majorities. Among other items, these included a decision to increase the dividend from 70 euro cents per share (Prior Year) to EUR 1 per share. Accordingly, the amount of the distribution will be some EUR 5.0 million (prior year: approximately EUR 3.5 million) for the total of 4,982,000 shares entitled to dividends. In relation to the 2014/15 Group earnings after tax of EUR 11.5 million (2013/14: EUR 7.5 million), the dividend payout ratio is 43% (2013/14: 46%). Approximately 85% (84,661%) of the share capital was represented at the meeting.
