Annual Forecast Raised / Ad-hoc: Major Earnings Improvement after 6 Months

Figures for the period 1 October 2014 to 31 March 2015 (unaudited): Revenues: EUR 120.3 million (+10% over Oct 13 – Mar 14), EBIT: EUR 10.3 million (+39% over Oct 13 – Mar 14), Earnings after tax: EUR 7.3 million (+61% over Oct 13 – Mar 14), Equity ratio: 35% (30 September 2014: 34%), EBIT forecast raised to EUR 16 million to 17 Million

Filderstadt, 08 May 2015 – The full-service provider increased revenues by 10% from EUR 109.1 million to 120.3 million in this 6-month period of the financial year 2014/15. Sales revenues from outsourcing services (including cloud and software maintenance) improved 11% to EUR 54.4 million (Oct 2013 – Mar 2014: EUR 49.0 million) and account for a 45% share (Oct 2013 – Mar 2014: 45%) of total revenues. The 6-month revenues from the sale of software licenses declined 11% to EUR 16.0 million (Oct 2013 – Mar 2014: EUR 17.9 million). The consulting revenues increased significantly by 19% to EUR 47.8 million (Oct 2013 – Mar 2014: EUR 40.2 million).
The EBIT of this 6-month period increased disproportionately in relation to the growth in revenues and advanced 39% to EUR 10.3 million (Oct 2013 – Mar 2014: EUR 7.4 million). The EBIT margin was 8.5% (Oct 2013 – Mar 2014: 6.8%). The EBT was EUR 9.6 million (Oct 2013 – Mar 2014: EUR 6.7 million) for a gain of 44%. Earnings after tax increased 61% to EUR 7.3 million (Oct 2013 – Mar 2014: EUR 4.6 million). The equity ratio as at 31 March 2015 was 35% (30 September 2014: 34%). The number of employees rose to 1,107 (31 March 2014: 992).

As a result of the strong expansion of the business and the acquisition of Grandconsult DEXINA GmbH (management and technology consulting), which has been fully consolidated since April 2015, All for One Steeb AG has adjusted its forecast from 12 November 2014 for the financial year 2014/15, which projected revenues ranging from between EUR 230 million and 240 million and an EBIT of between EUR 14 million and 15 million. For the financial year 2014/15 we now expect revenues of a good EUR 240 million and an EBIT of between EUR 16 million and 17 million.
