All for One Cancels Extraordinary General Meeting

Filderstadt, 17 July 2009 –The management board of All for One Midmarket AG, Filderstadt, decided today to cancel the company’s extraordinary general meeting that was to take place on 13 August 2009. The reason for the cancellation is the settlement of the lawsuit filed by one of the shareholders regarding the effectiveness of the resolutions passed at the company’s annual general meeting of 19 May 2009. This makes the convening of the extraordinary general meeting to take place on 13 August 2009 as published in the electronic Federal Gazette of 6 July 2009 and in the Börsen-Zeitung of 8 July 2009 irrelevant.
