All for One Group is managed in keeping with its values. We have established a specific governance model for All for One Group to enable successful implementation of our strategies, to achieve our financial and non-financial targets and to enhance the value of the company in the interests of all stakeholders. This model is subject to ongoing revision and improvement.
Our governance model builds on our corporate culture »WE ARE ONE« together with the principles of good corporate governance: responsible, sustainable and transparent management that complies with all laws, rules and regulations.
The specifics of our governance model are based on three pillars: (1) Opportunities and risk management, (2) Compliance management and (3) Internal control system. Each pillar has specific »mechanisms« for planning and managing financial and non-financial issues, and their interactions and interdependencies.
Accordingly, our daily dealings on behalf of shareholders, business partners and our employees centre around good corporate governance, as do our relationships in the public domain. In doing so, we strengthen the trust that all stakeholders place in our company and create the basis for sustainable success. Corporate governance ranks very highly at All for One Group and is securely anchored in our day-to-day business.
The recommendations issued by the government commission responsible for the German Corporate Governance Code regularly provide key suggestions and inspiration for further improving our governance model.
