All for One Midmarket AG as Automotive Service Provider / Fully Integrated in CROSS Industries AG's Strategy

Austrian industrial holding company to focus on automotive sector / Key role for automotive specialist and SAP full-service provider All for One Midmarket AG / First step already taken by taking over SAP software maintenance at CROSS subsidiary Peguform

Filderstadt, 19 April 2010 – In line with its latest strategy, the Austrian industrial holding group CROSS Industries AG, Wels, will soon be turning its focus to the automotive sector. All for One Midmarket AG has assumed an important role in this further expansion of the group, which expects to increase its sales revenues from more than EUR 800 million to more than EUR 2 billion despite the intended sale of non-strategic equity holdings this financial year. In a first step, All for One Midmarket AG, as an automotive specialist and SAP full-service provider, has taken over the software maintenance and support of the globally deployed SAP systems of Peguform GmbH, Bötzingen. Peguform GmbH is a supplier to the automotive industry and Europe’s leading plastics processor. It employs around 7,000 people, most recently posted sales revenues of some EUR 1.4 million and, like All for One Midmarket AG, is majority-owned by CROSS Industries AG.

»The equity interest that we hold indirectly in All for One Midmarket AG, through BEKO HOLDING AG, gives our group the kind of outstanding SAP expertise in the automotive sector that we need right now to develop the IT side of our focus strategy,« explained CROSS Industries CEO Stefan Pierer recently in conjunction with press briefings. All for One Midmarket AG CEO Lars Landwehrkamp expects All for One’s new role within the CROSS Group to include involvement beyond Peguform in IT projects with companies in the group’s vehicle manufacturing segment. This segment consists of the CROSS holdings in KTM Power Sports AG and Pankl Racing Systems AG and forms another pillar of CROSS Industries’ future automotive strategy along with its plastics processing segment (Peguform GmbH).
