Update customer portal: The service documents go live // Outlook fpr upcoming features

The service documents are now available! This is also what you can expect for the next release.

Dear customers,

Thank you very much for your constructive feedback on our new customer portal.

Today we would like to give you an update on what is now available and what you can expect in the coming months.

Services documents live now

From now on you will find your ticket reports, SLA reports, quota overviews and much more in the app "Service Documents".

What you can expect for the next release

  • Log-in via e-mail address: If you wish, you can no longer log in with just your S- or A-User but you can use your e-mail address.
  • Certificate-based logon: Log on with your SAP certificate (S-User)
  • Invoices & service reports: Access all your invoices and service reports via the customer portal
  • User management: Manage your users, contact persons, roles & authorizations in the customer portal itself
  • Ticket App: Print your tickets as PDF in the Ticket App
