All for One offers monthly subscription model for SAP S/4HANA conversion and SAP services

Filderstadt, June 25, 2020 - The All for One Group AG offers SAP user companies a novel support concept and pricing model under the name "CONVERSION/4".
Immediately three configurable subscription packages are available at a fixed monthly price, which facilitate the changeover to SAP S/4HANA for companies using the SNP Bluefield™ method. The smallest package "Base" already contains the technical conversion of a SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA and a further later release upgrade, as well as operation, support and the complete hardware such as infrastructure. With a term of 5 years, the investment for this package starts at 17,900 EUR per month, depending on system size and number of SAP users.
Configurable subscription packages for the individual transformation scope
The two larger packages "Move" and "FastForward" also include process transformations. They are aimed at companies that want to use the move to SAP S/4HANA to optimize and, if necessary, standardize their business processes. Customers can configure their own process package and define which business processes are transformed during the subscription period. They benefit from the extensive process and SAP experience that All for One brings to the table as the leading SAP system house in the German-speaking world and is reflected in the configurator accordingly.
Partnerships with SNP and Microsoft (Azure) for Abomodell
The technological basis for the SAP S/4HANA conversion is the SNP software suite CrystalBridge and the SNP transformation method Bluefield™, with which the conversion can be partially automated and performed with minimal downtime. For this purpose, All for One concludes a partner agreement with SNP and adapts the Bluefield™ approach for its mostly medium-sized customers. All for One also relies on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform as its SAP infrastructure. All for One has been operating SAP workloads from several hundred customers on Azure for some time and is currently undergoing the audit process for "Azure Expert Managed Services (MSP)" and thus for the highest Azure partner status. All for One is thus following the strategy of SAP and Microsoft, who are pursuing a joint roadmap in a far-reaching cooperation (as part of the "Embrace" program) to successfully move SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA into the Azure cloud.
