How leadership comes out of the home office

Employees and managers deal with the topic of home office in very different ways. Bosses in particular often find it difficult to find the right management style from a distance.

According to an international survey, more than a third of Germans would like to continue working in their home office even after the Corona crisis. In the USA, this figure is even around half, and in Australia even more. In Germany, however, there is often a lack of motivation in the home office when working from home, which is particularly pronounced at over 40 percent. Managers should take this as an opportunity to develop a strategy to prevent their employees from "standing in the rain" at home. These three tips could help.
