The business of the All for One Group can be operated more than 95% remotely.
Our employees are fully equipped with all necessary tools and technical prerequisites in order to be able to manage the necessary tasks outside the company and customer locations. The distribution of All for One Group locations within the DACH region with multiple competencies in each location will also minimizes the risk of service failure.
Business Operation of All for One Group
The All for One Group has installed a crisis team that deals with the impact of the current Covid 19 situation related to the whole Group and makes or initiates appropriate decisions and guidelines.
The measures are based on the recommendations, of the RKI or the state and federal authorities.
Due to the flexible working conditions for our employees (e.g. home office), the risk of infection and the potential spread of the virus can be kept to a minimum on the operational side. Currently, we still identify the risk to All for One Group employees as low. However, we strongly encourage all employees to be comply with the behavioral proposals provided by the health authorities and to take advantage of the opportunity to work from the home office. On-site customer appointments are not canceled, unless the customer requests a cancellation. If on-site appointments are not desired by the customer, the services of the All for One Group can be obtained remotely.
