DIGITALIZATION DOES NOT MEAN THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW TECHNOLOGY
In order to master the famous "digital transformation", it is by no means enough to acquire and introduce new technology. Instead, companies have to pick up managers and employees in particular on time. A survey shows this. In the middle of the new PISA report, German schools are described as "digital deserts". In most cases, it is not the equipment that is the problem: Beamer manufacturers have observed that their equipment is still in the schools in its original packaging up to a year later. The banal reason: Teachers simply don't dare to approach the material. In German companies this is usually no different.
