- Analysis and further development of existing SuccessFactors, SAP and non-SAP integration architectures in the HR environment
- Recording and improvement of existing business processes, design and conception for the automation of business processes
- Design and development of integration scenarios with SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SuccessFactors Integration Center as well as interfaces in SAP HCM with ABAP
- Participation in the further development of our consulting services in the SAP technology environment for HR processes
- Support as an expert in presales for our customers in the selection of the appropriate integration solution

YOUR TALENTS
- At least 2 years of professional experience with integration architectures and interface conception/development
- Knowledge in the technology environment in SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or SCP integration
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Profound knowledge of HR processes
- Excellent communication skills (German) to present technical complex issues in an understandable way for different target groups
- Knowledge of SAP WebAS as well as SAP interface technologies
- Willingness to travel in case of customer demand
- You are interested in driving and shaping the development and growth of Empleox
