- As a member of our support team, you are a competent contact person for our customers with a focus on Microsoft Azure
- You and the operations team take on tasks in the Azure environment for customers
- You will work in a team in the customer's ticket system (Microsoft SCSM - System Center Service Manager) on incidents and service requests
- You recognize potential in customer environments and advise them on the implementation of ideas and improvements

YOUR TALENTS
- Experience in the administration and support of Azure environments
- The Azure portal is an everyday tool for you and you move there safely and purposefully
- Ideally, you have already completed certifications such as the AZ-900, AZ-103 or AZ-104
- Know-how in Azure-related topics such as Microsoft 365 and licensing in the cloud world
- Knowledge of infrastructure (AD, AzureAD, AzureAD Connect, TCP/IP networks, firewall)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
