Share Repurchase Programmes

As a result of various share repurchase programme over the past few years a total of 540,000 shares (10% of the original share capital) were repurchased. The decision to cancel these shares and to reduce the share capital from EUR 16.2 million to 14.58 million was made on  20 December 2010. The number of issued shared was therefore reduced from 5,400,000 to 4,860,000.
